The Working Principle As Follows
∗ When the car from outside entry to Community or parking lot, Press the two loop coils at the same time, we will use JUTAI Double channels loop detector (LD-200/202) to trigger the UHF reader which at the entrance site; when uhf reader read the card ID, It will send ID to controller (AC-11) by wigand output; controller judge ID is valid, output relay signal to open gate barrier, and then car entry the community or parking lots, when car passed barrier gate, barrier arm will down automatically; (this part work with JUTAI Single channels loop LD100/102 for Safety and anti-smashing function) but when the car passed another uhf reader which connected by AC-11 also, this reader will not be triggered by loop detector again, and not send data to controller, so the software only have ENERY records; (Because the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202 is enabled).
∗ In contrast, when car Exit Community or parking lot, when the car passing the inside uhf reader, LD200/LD202 trigger the uhf reader, reader read card and send ID to controller, controller judge ID is valid,output relay signal to open gate barrier; then car EXIT the community or parking lots, when car passed barrier gate, barrier arm will down automatically; (this part work with JUTAI Single channels loop LD100/102 for Safety and anti-smashing function); But when car passed another uhf reader at exit, the double channels loop detector will not trigger signal again, system will only have EXIT records; (because the Direction Recognition Function of LD200/LD202 is enabled).
∗ JUTAI LD-200/202 Double channels loop detector also can be used as two independent single channel loop detectors. This is suitable for a standard one-in and one-out parking lot, There is one barrier and one long range reader at the entrance, exit same also; one loop coils is used to trigger reader and read card, and the other loops coils is used for the barrier anti-smashing function, when the LD-200/202 as two independent loop detector application, from an economic point of view, which can reduce part of the hardware cost; (Enable the Independent working mode function of LD200/202).
How To Fast Install JUTAI Loop Detector
When we install the loop detector, how to make the speed quickly and accurately, please refer to the following text and video;
∗ JUTAI LD-200/202 series vehicle detectors have a large sensing range, and the adaptive sensing range is 15 uh to 2000 uh; this can easily detect various large and small type vehicles, such as small and electric vehicles, Motorcycles, conventional cars, cars, trucks, trailers, trailers, etc; but if we use the loop coils value reach to 2000 uh, then we need a lot of high temperature wire (Model : JTHT-11), which will cause material Waste, increase the hardware cost of the project, and the actual application does not need so many wires, usually we set the inductance in the range of 300 uh, and take the coil size of 1 meter wide and 2 meters long as an example, We suggest do 8-10 turns, which inductive value can easily detect all kinds of car models, then if we want to do the fast installation, first we do a loop coils, 1m wide, 2m long, assuming 10 turns, We use a multi-meter to measure the inductance value of these 10 turns, and then according the parking entry/exit channel size is different, we can flexibly set the size of the coil within this inductance value range. If the diameter of the coil is smaller, then we do more turns; If the diameter of the coil is larger, we do less; so that it can be flexibly applied to entrances and exits of various sizes, and the overall installation efficiency is improved.
