JUTAI Infrared Light Curtain Introduction

JUTAI infrared light curtain system consists of a single-chip microcomputer control board and a power supply, an infrared transmitter, and an infrared receiver. The transmitting end and the receiving end are respectively installed on both sides of the door. The single-chip microcomputer control board controls the transmitter and receiver, thus forming a light curtain between the two rows of infrared tubes. The control signal output end is connected with the controller of the door motor, If there is any obstruction between the doors, a signal will be sent to the door controller to realize the anti-pinch function(safe protection).

It can resist magnetic interference, optical interference, waterproof and dustproof, strong seismic resistance, and has the function of self-checking fault alarm. It is widely used in industrial door control system, elevator control system, automatic door control system, passage control system, toll station vehicle detection, vehicle overrun inspection (length, width and height), passage passenger flow detection and other fields.

Description Of The Product

  • The IR-70 series safety device is composed of N transmitter units and receiver units, both contained within sturdy aluminum profles. Beams of infrared rays are generated capable of detecting the presence of people and / or objects when interrupted. The communication between the transmitter unit and the receiver unit is carried out optically and, therefore, no electrical connection between the two units is necessary.

 

  • To avoid reflections and / or reception errors, a unique identifcation code is set for each infrared beam. When an object, limb or body of a person interrupts the beam of rays emitted by the transmission unit, the output is immediately opened by the receiver unit, with consequent blocking of the automation. The system is only safe when the TEST system is used, this allows you to check the correct functioning of the barrier .

 

  • Typical applications of the system include detection of people or material obstacles near access gates such as: 1.High-speed folding doors and sectional doors,  2.Sliding doors and gates.
